I have always spent a lot of time drawing, particularly studies of people, as characters fascinate me. I tend to make quick visual notes which will trigger the memory when I want to develop the drawing at a later date.

 

Working mainly in watercolour with pen overlay, Margaret uses artist quality paints and acid free paper – usually a ‘Fabriano’ block. The finished picture is then double-mounted, with an acid-free board and with an acetate wrap for protection, although a few may be framed.

 

The price of the originals ranges from  £400.00 to £1,400.00 and many of them have been published as limited edition prints.
